Terms and Conditions

1. Services & Scope

Build With Junaid provides custom B2B workflow automations, architectural consulting, and integration services. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and access permissions are established via formal Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement prior to project kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment receipt, all custom scripts, workflow architectures, and bespoke pipelines created specifically for the client become the client's operational property, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any proprietary base frameworks or reusable tools developed independently by Build With Junaid remain our property.

3. Client Access & Credentials

To implement automations across CRMs, communication channels, and databases, clients may be required to provide API keys or restricted access credentials. Clients remain responsible for maintaining the security and permissions of their accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Build With Junaid is not liable for service downtime, rate limit throttling, data discrepancies, or API deprecation caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zoho, Slack, Apollo, Google Workspace, CRM providers).
